In the past days till now, the cedis exchange rate against the dollar keeps fluctuating with a minimal appreciation as well as a minimal depreciation.
The appreciation of the cedis against the dollars made a lot of Ghanaians to give credit to the government for the effort they are putting in place to help balance the economy which is termed to be in shambles and this is crystal clear for almost everyone.
Currently, the latest update on the exchange rate of the cedis against the dollar has depreciated by 3.6%.
That is, 1dollar is now equivalent to 9.01 Cedis against the 8.01cedis in the past two days.
The hike of this is the fact that, the dollar is gradually becoming scarce in the trading market.
