Ironically, the current state of its habitants is that of poverty than wealth. Though some Africans are wealthy, their wealth can, in no way, be compared to that of their colonial masters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a daily, there are several political ruckuses by many African leaders and their oppositions. The mismanagement of resources by these political leaders lends its quota of the undeveloped nature of the continent. Most of these leaders are concerned about their personal gains and nothing else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, religion is one of the greatest scams in the continent, and this has greatly contributed to the blockade in the rational thinking of many Africans hence incapacitating them from logical reasoning. Churches and mosques are opened in every corner to spread the good news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Good news that has ironically become a bad one. Many poor people are being extorted believing that, this is the avenue for them to amass wealth; \u201csowing of seeds\u201d they call it. Many believers will frame this as a hullabaloo because it contradicts their \u201creligional rites\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Blackman is made to believe that the problem he is facing is as a result of a curse from his ancestors. The African is made to believe that \u201ccasting and binding\u201d the ancestral demons will free them from that bondage instead of working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Whiteman whose ancestors were the most inhumane, sold slaves, killed pregnant women and threw them to the sea, manslaughter, rape and all of those atrocities were never considered demons, and they never cursed their children. These same ancestors are celebrated by their current generation while Africans keep \u201cbinding and casting\u201d their ancestors and witch hunting everybody in their ancestral trace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa is a continent naturally blessed with resources.
