Hammond and Kennedy Agyapong, has hit a breaking point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K.T. Hammond, the Former Member of Parliament for Adansi Asokwa and Minister for Trade and Industry, has finally broken his silence regarding allegations made by Kennedy Agyapong. The Former Assin Central MP recently claimed that he was the one who provided the funds for Hammond to purchase his home, a claim Hammond describes as a complete fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHe Overpriced the House\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing the saga directly, K.T. Hammond admitted that while Kennedy Agyapong was the link to the property deal, the &#8220;help&#8221; ended there. According to the Former Trade Minister, the house was valued at approximately $500,000, but the money came out of his own pocket, not Agyapong\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a shocking twist, Hammond suggested he might have been short-changed by his &#8220;brother&#8221; during the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kennedy linked me to the deal to get the house, but he never gave me anything. In fact, Kennedy even overpriced the house. I only got to know that I had been overcharged after I had already paid for the property,&#8221; Hammond revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA Warning to a &#8220;Brother&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hammond expressed his disappointment in Agyapong\u2019s recent public attacks, reminding the businessman-turned-politician that loyalty is a two-way street. He acknowledged that while they have both assisted each other in the past, that history does not give Agyapong the right to &#8220;destroy&#8221; his name in public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;He is a good friend and a brother of mine, so he should stop going around destroying my name. He has helped me in the past, and I have also helped him in the past.
