According to Chief Superintendent of Police Alex Odonkor, the complainant, Kojo Donkor, a farmer and Arthur’s stepfather, reported that Arthur had been living with him in Achiase since he married Arthur’s mother when Arthur was four years old. However, Arthur began misbehaving at home after he started using hard drugs.
