The president of Kenya, William Ruto withdraws the tax bill that was meant to be implemented and passed to bill few days ago. The tax bills seemed to make life harder for Kenya\u2019s citizens who are facing different financial difficulties, lack of jobs and many loopholes faced by the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadly protest by a group known as the \u201cGEN Z\u201d saw so many young men and women marched their way into the Parliament House where the meeting for the bill was to be passed.<\/p>\n\n\n

Military men tried their best to hold the crowd, but the boisterous crowd overpowered them, burnt down military vehicles while others went inside the parliament building, visited the kitchen, ate the food, went to the hall where the meeting was held, and made an announcement to the empty room saying, \u201cwe aren\u2019t stupid, you people are greedy!\u201d. The parliamentarians who were in the house at that time had to use an underground root to escape.<\/p>\n\n\n

This protest has resulted to the loss of lives, and others injured because the soldiers opened fire and directed it to the crowd when they were attacked and overpowered!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeing this instability and ruckus, William Ruto, the President of Kenya quickly responded by withdrawing the financial bill to be passed, so nerves can be calmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
