Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has made many tongues waggling after a deduction was made on the payslip of its members without prior notice or approval by teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tier 3 provident fund which automatically deducts 2% of the teacher\u2019s salaries has come to stay though individual teachers can choose to file a stop of the deduction. This deduction excludes the Mutual Fund and GNAT dues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A lot of teachers have raised concerns on the poor management of the association, and how they forcefully force members into a policy without informing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
