The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta has revealed that, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is likely to bail Ghana out from its financial woes by granting the $3 billion loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Finance Minister having a dialogue with the Eurobond holders at the Investors Presentation Forum opined that, there is a green light that the external creditors will assist the country in its application for loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe understand this is a challenging time for all of you to commit and offer financial support to all of you. But please be assured we are fully committed to you and your advisors to ensure an equitable solution\u201d said the Finance Minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ken Ofori-Atta made this comments after Kristalina Georgieva, the IMF Managing Director gave a positive note that, she is positive that the Board would grant the loan in the shortest possible time to bailout Ghana from its financial crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
