The High Court dismissed the GHC25m defamation case raised against Kennedy Agyapong the Assin Central constituency (Central Region) member of Parliament by Anas Aremeyaw Anas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The defamatory case was filed by the investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas 15th March, 2018 for an alleged defaming of his personality by Kennedy Agyapong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a ruling that took series of deliberations and analysis, Justice Eric Baah opined that, Anas has failed to prove his case hence making it void in the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The court further supported Agyapong\u2019s evidences that proved that, Anas does all his work to amass money from his targets and enrich his team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
